Monitor and evaluate industry trends and customer drivers, and meet regularly with management and stakeholders to discuss strategy
Generate new leads, identify, and contact decision-makers
Follow up to generate interest over Audio and Video conference calls (Inside Sales)
Develop and implement overarching outbound sales and business development strategy, sales processes, structure, and best practices across the company
Coach, mentor and motivate your team of Account Executives on the sales process and quarterly/annual quota achievement while being hands-on as well
Managing a team of Sellers/Account Executives. Team size can vary between 3-6 which is expected to grow further in 2023
Coach Sellers on Selling processes, Deal understanding, thinking on feet, Objection handling
Manager CRM and enforce it as a process within a team
Look at sales reports to track key KPIs like conversion rates, forecasting, etc.
Conducting weekly forecasting meetings and coaching on strategies to create pipeline closures
Establish relationships with key decision-makers when necessary to drive deals forward
Reporting on sales activity, productivity, and forecasting to senior sales management
Own and achieve sales targets for new business sales.
You have:
Post Graduate Degree in MBA preferred
5+ years of software sales experience in an individual contributor role, including 2+ years of sales management (/team-leading) experience in any international Market
Strong people manager/mentor/lead with a proven record of sales success in a similar B2B/business software application environment and have sold globally
Successful track record of consistently hitting quota in a high-volume transaction sales environment
Individually closing complex deals involving multiple stakeholders across the enterprise.
Understand the high-level Demand Generation process and Outbound Lead Gen process
Experience with a CRM solution (like Salesforce.com) and Web Conferencing Technology
Strong presentation/demonstration skills, communication, and written skills
Ability to maintain a high level of productivity, manage multiple competing priorities, and work effectively under the pressure of time constraints in a fast-paced, complex, collaborative, and team-oriented environment.
