What you’ll do:

  • Monitor and evaluate industry trends and customer drivers, and meet regularly with management and stakeholders to discuss strategy
  • Generate new leads, identify, and contact decision-makers
  • Follow up to generate interest over Audio and Video conference calls (Inside Sales)
  • Develop and implement overarching outbound sales and business development strategy, sales processes, structure, and best practices across the company
  • Coach, mentor and motivate your team of Account Executives on the sales process and quarterly/annual quota achievement while being hands-on as well
  • Managing a team of Sellers/Account Executives. Team size can vary between 3-6 which is expected to grow further in 2023
  • Coach Sellers on Selling processes, Deal understanding, thinking on feet, Objection handling
  • Manager CRM and enforce it as a process within a team
  • Look at sales reports to track key KPIs like conversion rates, forecasting, etc.
  • Conducting weekly forecasting meetings and coaching on strategies to create pipeline closures
  • Establish relationships with key decision-makers when necessary to drive deals forward
  • Reporting on sales activity, productivity, and forecasting to senior sales management
  • Own and achieve sales targets for new business sales.


You have:

  • Post Graduate Degree in MBA preferred
  • 5+ years of software sales experience in an individual contributor role, including 2+ years of sales management (/team-leading) experience in any international Market
  • Strong people manager/mentor/lead with a proven record of sales success in a similar B2B/business software application environment and have sold globally
  • Successful track record of consistently hitting quota in a high-volume transaction sales environment
  • Individually closing complex deals involving multiple stakeholders across the enterprise.
  • Understand the high-level Demand Generation process and Outbound Lead Gen process
  • Experience with a CRM solution (like Salesforce.com) and Web Conferencing Technology
  • Strong presentation/demonstration skills, communication, and written skills
  • Ability to maintain a high level of productivity, manage multiple competing priorities, and work effectively under the pressure of time constraints in a fast-paced, complex, collaborative, and team-oriented environment.
